أعلن قائد الجيش السوري الحر العقيد رياض الأسعد عن نقل القيادة المركزية للجيش الحر من تركيا التي استقر فيها منذ أكثر من عام الى المناطق المحررة داخل سورية من أجل إدارة معارك التحرير فيها
 
واصلت قوات النظام حمتلها العسكرية الشرسة في أحياء دمشق الجنوبية حيث قامت بهدم عشرات المنازل وإعدام عشرات المدنيين في أحياء القدم والحجر الأسود وجوبر، كذلك قامت قوات النظام بقتل عشرات آخرين في كل من مدن وبلدات دوما وكفربطنا ويلدا وحجيرة البلد في ريف دمشق وسط تجدد للاشتباكات في بلدتي شبعا وحتيتة التركمان وقصف عنيف طال أيضاً مدن قطنا والزبداني وكفربطنا والعبادة 
 
قام الهلال الأحمر السوري بإخراج قرابة ال40 جثة من تحت الأنقاض في حي مشاع الأربعين بحماة بعد أن قامت قوات النظام بتطويق الحي وقصفه بشكل عنيف بالدبابات والطائرات الحربية يوم أمس
 
في حلب، سقط ما يزيد عن تسعة شهداء جراء القصف العنيف الذي استهدف مبناً سكناياً في حي الميسر، فيما سقط ما يزيد عن ثمانية شهداء آخرون معظمهم من الأطفال والنساء في غارة جويةاستهدفت حافلة ركاب كانت تقلهم وهم يحاولون الفرار من القصف، كذلك تجدد القصف المدفعي ومن الطيران الحربي على أحياء مساكن هنانو والشعار وكرم الجبل والحيدرية وبستان الباشا والصاخور والمرجة ومدن وبلدات الباب ومنبج ودار عزة والزكية وأوروم الكبرى ومسكنة وخان السبل في ريف حلب
 
هذا وواصل النظام حملاته العسكرية في مختلف أنحاء البلاد مخلفاً عشرات الشهداء والجرحى فضلاً عن تهديم عشرات المنازل، حيث قامت قواته بقصف حيي الخالدية وجورة الشياح بمدينة حمص ومدن تلبيسة والقصير والرستن وبلدات البويضة والغنطو في ريف حمص، ومنطقة سهل الغاب  في ريف حماة وحي مشاع الأربعين في مدينة حماة، ومدن وبلدات اليادودة والغارية الشرقية والطيبة وأم ولد ومعربة وبصرى الشام ومنطقة وادي اليرموك في محافظة درعا، ومدينة دير الزور والبوكمال في محافظة دير الزور، ومدن وبلدات معرتماتر ومعرة مصرين وسنجار وأبو الظهور وتفتناز والرامي ومشمشان في ريف إدلب، وبلدة السرد ومدينة تل أبيض  في محافظة الرقة
